Junior/Senior Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Lead the editing process for video projects, ensuring creative direction and brand consistency.
• Organize and manage raw footage, including trimming, syncing, and basic color correction.
• Perform advanced editing including motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with content strategists, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver compelling stories.
• Mentor and guide junior editors on best practices and techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital content.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software.
• At least 3–4 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
• Ability to work independently and lead creative discussions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing advanced editing skills across different formats.
